Forklift Agency based in the East Midlands
has gained its ITSSAR accreditation recently, which is a major step forward for
the family owned, On-Site Forklift Truck Training Providers.
Forklift Agency started in 2006, and was
set up to provide just one Instructor with work. Two weeks after the website
went live, the company diary was full. 4 years on and Forklift Agency have over
35 instructors on the books, providing their customers with the highest
possible quality of training.

explains Managing Director, Rhys Adams “Our instructors are placed all over the
UK so we can offer our customers the best possible price.”
“Whilst at all times, we have been
providing training that meets Health and Safety requirements, when it came to
accreditation it was a bit of a grey area. It isn’t a legal requirement to
become accredited, when offering on-site forklift training, but several of the
bodies made it appear that way to many of the companies.”
Forklift Agency approached all of the
bodies, and eventually decided on using ITSSAR.
“ITSSAR was actually our first choice, but
wasn’t as familiar to people as RTITB was, we chose this body as there were no
hidden extras for our customers, which is what Forklift Agency is all about.”
Forklift Agency provide companies with
on-site forklift training up and down the UK. All of the training meets Health
